  • Governors Island

    Governors Island in Manhattan Harbor is being redesigned. Tilcon supplied significant amounts of material from our Clinton Point Quarry to the project during 2012.


  • George Washington Bridge

    The George Washington Bridge is the world's most travelled bridge. Working for main contractor American Bridge Co, Tilcon removed the existing asphalt and bond coat, sandblasted and repaved portions of the east- and westbound upper deck panels.


  • Newark Liberty International Airport

    During 2012, Tilcon managed a project to rehabilitate runway 4R-22L and upgrade several high-speed taxiways at Newark Liberty International Airport, Newark, New Jersey. This project won a NAPA Quality in Construction award and a NJAPA Annual Pavement Award in the Installation Contractor and HMA Supplier categories.
