This project, on behalf of the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC) consists of concrete roadway patching and repair, drilling and slurry grouting of the existing roadway structure, miscellaneous bridge repairs, full depth roadway reconstruction with Hot Mix Asphalt in select areas and full width, multi-layer Hot Mix Asphalt resurfacing.

Over 175,000 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt will be used to complete the work which is underway and scheduled for completion in 2009.

This $42 million project also includes extensive drainage and the construction of guide rail safety improvements.
