Goshen Central School District - Rehabilitation of parking lots at the High School and Intermediate School. This project involved drainage improvements, pavement milling and repaving, using 2,500 tons of asphalt. The project had a value of $405,500 and was completed during 2009.

Also in Orange Co, NY Tilcon completed a project for the Newburgh Enlarged City School District which involved work at three locations. The work included drainage, concrete curbs and walks, new granite stairs and hand railing,fencing and asphalt paving of driveways and parking areas. The project included approximately 3600 Tons of asphalt mix and had a total value of $672,000.
