In 2009, Tilcon NY completed a road resurfacing project for the Town of Clarkstown, Rockland County NY which involved milling and paving of various roads throughout the Town. The work included 50,000 SY of milling and 7400 Tons of asphalt paving. The value of the project was $801,600.

Also in 2009, Tilcon NY completed a road resurfacing project for the Rockland County Highway Department which involved resurfacing various county roads with 9,200 Tons of asphalt mix. The value of this project was $1,040,000.
