New York Department of Transport has appointed Elderlee Inc as the prime contractor on a project to replace the median barrier along approx 15.5 miles of Route 17 in Orange County New York.

Working as a subcontractor Tilcon's role is to fill and regrade the median area. Work started in June 2007 and is scheduled to be completed in December 2007.
