DIRECTIONS Take I-287 to Rt. 23. Off ramp, bear right-for Rt. 23 North. Go up 17 miles through lights, past a reservoir, and through the town of Franklin. Come to light at Route 94 (landmark), go through this light 1/2 mile up the road-bear left when road splits. Plant will be on the right.
