Take the Nassau Expwy/ RT-878 E exit, exit 1.Turn slight right onto Nassau Expwy. Nassau Expwy becomes Rockaway Blvd. Rockaway Blvd becomes Rockaway Turnpike.Turn slight right onto Nassau Expwy.Turn right onto Bayview Ave. Turn left onto Sheridan Blvd. From Long Island Expressway I-495 - Take Exit 22A to the Van Wyck Expressway I-678S and follow the directions above.
