Take the NYS Thruway to Exit 12 (stay to the left). At the second light, make a left onto Route 303 North. Stay on Rt. 303 North. Rt. 303 turns into 9W. Stay on 9W approximately 7 miles and look for the Tilcon Tomkins Cove and Mirant sign on the right (look for a Gazebo). Make a right and follow the road until you come to the "Y" in the road. At the "Y" bear right. Go down the hill and make a right onto Foot of Elm Street. Follow the road to the plant.
