We currently accept fill material into our Prospect Park location.
Below are the forms that are required to be filled out before material can be accepted.

• Form A is a one page application form which you should use for 500 cubic yards of incoming material or less. Please print out and complete this form and fax it back to Kathy Weiss-Gilley at Fax: 908-325-0043.
• Form B is a 6 page application form which you should use for 501 – 5000 cubic yards of incoming material. Please print out and complete this form and fax it TOGETHER WITH COMPLETED TEST RESULTS to Kathy Weiss-Gilley at Fax: 908-325-0043. Please note that we require one round of testing for every 5000 cubic yards of incoming material per job. If a job has 10,000 cubic yards, we need to have two sets of testing completed, 1 for each 5000 cubic yards of material.

Please note that all applications are job-specific, so if you have 1 load from six different sites, you will need to complete 6 versions of Form A.
